About the Consumer credit edition

Consumer credit lenders and credit brokers. CONC 3.3.1R(1) requires a firm to ensure that a communication or a financial promotion is clear, fair and not misleading. The Consumer Duty communications rules in PRIN 2A.5 also apply.
