    What the meeting is, who is asking and what it is testing, because a senior-manager approval, a supervisory meeting and an internal panel are not the same exercise.

Is this legal advice or legal representation?

No. This is preparation and regulatory consulting, not legal advice or representation. Where a matter involves legal interpretation, privilege, litigation or a formal response requiring counsel, we will say so and recommend involving appropriate legal advisers.

Will you script my answers?

No. We use the evidence and issues in scope to help you organise your thinking, test clarity and identify gaps. We do not create testimony or rehearse answers intended to conceal, minimise or misstate facts.

Can you guarantee an FCA or job outcome?

No. Regulatory decisions and recruitment decisions belong to the relevant authority or employer. Preparation can improve readiness and clarity, but it cannot promise authorisation, approval, a supervisory outcome, an SMF approval or a job offer.

Can the two pathways be combined?

Yes, where the brief genuinely spans a regulatory interview and a role interview. We will keep the objectives, evidence and boundaries distinct so the preparation remains appropriate for each audience.
