Cryptoasset firms: Cryptoasset firms have their own edition: qualifying cryptoassets are restricted mass market investments for COBS 4.12A, and a registered person (a cryptoasset business registered with the FCA under the Money Laundering Regulations) may communicate its own promotions under article 73ZA unless article 73ZA(2) removes the exemption. Choose the cryptoassets edition.
