MEMA joins the APCC!
We are pleased to announce that our application for MEMA Consultants Limited to become a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants (APCC) has been successful.
The APCC is the association for compliance consultancies which advise firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) in the UK. The APCC promotes enhanced professional standards and is recognised as the trade association for compliance consultants by the FCA.
Members are required to comply with professional standards; membership is granted on an annual basis and must be renewed each year.
The APCC’s relationship with the FCA provides member firms, such as ours, with better access to the Regulator; the APCC often works in conjunction with the FCA to pilot or test new initiatives. Being members will support our professional standing and will allows and our clients better access to priority advice and information from the FCA and PRA on regulatory themes and new initiatives.
